Make some incredible meatballs using goat meat mince. The taste will blow your taste buds and you definitely won’t want to share!

This recipe incredibly easy to do and will be your go-to dish when you want to impress!

Serves: Makes 20 small meatballs at 26g each.

Ingredients
Goat Meatballs
465g Goat Meat Mince
7g Diced spring onions
1 & ½ tsp Ground cinnamon
3 x 1/8th tsp Dried oregano
3 x 1/8th tsp Dried parsley
¾ tsp Onion granules
¼ tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Ground cumin
½ tsp Salt
46g Whole egg
40g Fine panko breadcrumbs
18g Lime juice
1 tsp Lime zest
7g Chopped fresh coriander

Tomato & Chipotle Salsa
180g Small diced fresh tomatoes (skinned)
30g Small diced yellow peppers
30g Small diced yellow peppers
20g Small diced red onions
¼ tsp Crushed fresh garlic
4g Chopped fresh coriander
½ tsp Chipotle pepper paste
20g Lime juice
12g Olive oil
1/8th tsp salt

Method

Meatballs
1.

Add all ingredients to minced goat meat, mix well

2.

Roll into 26g balls (approx.)

3.

Insert one cube of cheese (1-2g) into meatball & re-roll (optional)

4.

Place into a pre-heated oven @ 190℃ fan & cook for 10-14 mins

5.

Serve with chipotle salsa

Tomato & Chipotle Salsa
1.

Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix gently

2.

Serve with your amazing meatballs!

You can purchase your goat mince meat from our website, all other ingredients should be in any big supermarket.
