Chicken Rex
A classic dry rub and marinade blend for chicken. Deliciously spicy with ginger, lemon, cumin and cayenne with the fresh sweet flavour of Mediterranean basil. To use rub onto the meat before you BBQ (or grill or bake) or do like we do and blend the mix with lemon juice and olive oil into a marinade and keep it cool for at least a couple hours or better still overnight.

Get your steaks roarin’ with our special blend of garlic, herbs, dark cocoa and smoked paprika. To use just oil your steaks lightly then rub in about a couple tablespoons of mix per steak and let your steaks have a good, cool rest before slappin’ em on the BBQ or griddle. Yee ha.

Kebab-a-Raptor
Inspired by the wonderful flavours and aromas of Lebanese Shawarma our take on a kebab rub is aromatic with cumin and coriander, hot with cayenne and citrussy with sumach. Best used as a marinade: blend with oil (olive or rapeseed) and orange or lemon juice till  you have enough to coat the meat. Rub in well and allow to marinade at least one hour. To use as a dry rub blend with a little olive oil and rub in well by hand. Great with skewers of lamb or chicken or with chunks of veg.
