Jamaican Jerk
Ideal with jackfruit, aubergine slices, cauliflower chunks or chicken-replacement fillet pieces or strips. Marinade in olive oil and a couple of teaspoons of seasoning mixing together well. You can fry, oven-bake or griddle till nicely browned. Goes great with rice’n’peas!

Flamin Fajita
Fantastic with vegan chicken-replacement pieces or strips. Tumble the strips in olive or rapeseed oil and two tablespoons of seasoning (one third of the pot) then fry, wok or oven-bake for best results. Enjoy in a wrap with salsa, sourcream, mayo and lettuce with tomato.
