You can set up an online account with us to make re-ordering easier. If you do this, you will need a user name and a password so that you can access your account each time you place an order with us.
To place an order with us, you will need a visa or mastercard or PayPal account acceptable to us in your name. If for any reason your card payment is not authorised at the time of ordering, your order will not be accepted or processed. We will notify you of this as a priority.
After placing an order and your order being accepted by us, you will receive either confirmation via email or telephone call from us acknowledging that we have accepted your order.
The contract between us will only be formed when it has been confirmed by way of order acceptance that we have accepted the Order. Please take the time to read and check your order acceptance email or when telephone ordering listen to the order as it is recited back to you and inform us immediately of any discrepancies as in the event of any delay in informing us we cannot normally rectify any errors.

If a specific request incurs an additional fee we will notify the customer before proceeding with the order.
Shelf Life
New Barn Farm Dorset will always deliver with the shelf life as advertised on the website as a minimum.
New Barn Farm Dorset only offer delivered products to mainland UK customers.
All products ordered from our website will be sent out directly to you in insulated boxes. The insulated boxes include ice packs to maintain a constant low temperature and freshness within the box for up to 45 hours. All orders placed with us will be sent via a national courier service, unless stated otherwise. Due to the fresh and perishable nature of the goods, all orders will be received by you on Friday, if the order is placed before the cutoff of 22:00 hours Monday, Fresh products sent out by New Barn Farm Dorset are only dispatched on Thursdays. Should a different delivery day be required by you please contact us, weekend delivery will have an additional charge. Delivery charges are made dependent upon the value of your order.
All goods dispatched by New Barn Farm Dorset are perishable; therefore, unavailability to accept product will result in the courier leaving your delivery at the specified delivery address. Perishable goods cannot be returned to the depot and therefore the courier cannot re-attempt delivery. If you do not leave instructions for the courier driver the products shall be left wherever the driver deems safest.
New Barn Farm Dorset will not be held liable for the damage of your product that are left out, they are deemed as your responsibility. You are responsible for organising suitable arrangements to receive your delivery and providing us the appropriate instructions. We will not accept any liability for damage to, or theft of your goods nor for any incidents which arise because of theft and damage to the products left. You must inspect the goods on arrival and notify us promptly of any errors. Delivery will be deemed complete once products have been delivered to your specified address.
New Barn Farm Dorset delivery prices and delivery days are liable to change at any time, changes will not affect orders already accepted
Due to the nature of our products, some product weights may vary slightly at time of products being supplied. Any changes to weights will be clearly communicated to the customer.
Promotional codes will entitle you, at the time of ordering, to the discount or offer as advertised at the time. Failure to properly redeem promotional codes will not result in New Barn Farm Dorset issuing refunds. Successfully redeeming promotional codes on our website is held at your responsibility.
New Barn Farm Dorset reserves the right to issue and withdraw promotional codes without notice or explanation. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions.
Promotional codes have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Our £10 off first shop promotional code is only valid for first time shoppers on first orders over the value of £50. All other terms and conditions apply and cannot be used with gift vouchers or any other promotional offer or code. New Barn Farm Dorset reserves the right to cancel or amend the first time shopper offer at any time.
All promotional codes are subject to availability.
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between us. Any failure by us to enforce any of our rights under this Agreement shall not prejudice our entitlement to rely on any of our rights in the future.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform our obligations if that delay of failure arises from events beyond our reasonable control.
We reserve the right to change our website, policies and terms and conditions at any time but this shall not affect the terms and conditions prevailing at the time you make a purchase.
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, information and prices are accurate, we do not accept any liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. Product will vary from those shown on the website.
This Agreement is governed by the laws or England and Wales and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Use, printing or copying of materials on this website, other than during browsing, choosing products and placing order with us, is prohibited.
